The role and responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Director includes, but is not limited to selecting and coordinating the preparation of food and drinks for the event in question. Managing the accumulation of items needed, to ensure all paying guests are provided with a beautiful and fair proportioned meal, and drinks. The Food & Beverage Director can at His/Her discretion select volunteers, as well as create systems to ensure the overall success of the event.

The role and responsibilities of the Event Planning Manager includes, but is not limited to coordinating all of the moving parts involved in ensuring events go smoothly, including
choosing venues, catering services, and hiring performers. They plan and coordinate all the details before the event and handle day-of logistics. Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities. Ensure implementation of policies and practices. Maintain budget and track expenditures/transactions. Help build positive relations within the team and external parties. Schedule and organize meetings/events and maintain agenda
Keep updated records and create reports or proposals.

The role and responsibilities of the Prayer Breakfast Coordinator includes, but is not limited to the coordination of the prayer breakfast program. The Prayer Breakfast Coordinator can at His/Her discretion select volunteers, as well as create systems to ensure the overall success of the Prayer Breakfast.

Security and Safety Director
The role and responsibilities of the Security & Safety Director includes, but is not limited to ensuring all guests at the event in question, are safe and complying with all committee and venue rules. Prior to the event the SSD should have a complete understanding of the guidelines, and a plan of action in case rules are broken, and/or an emergency should arise. The Security & Safety Director can at His/Her discretion select volunteers, as well as create systems to ensure the overall success of the event.

The role and responsibilities of the Social Media Manager includes, but is not limited to posting and communicating event updates to the general public and potential guests. In addition this role is responsible for bringing inbox questions and comments to the attention of the committee.

The role and responsibilities of the Systems Administrator / Web Media Director includes, but is not limited to creating systems of operations to ensure communication channels and accountability between committee teams and members. In addition this role is responsible to coordinate efforts between those responsible for all online publications and communications for both committee members and the general public. The Systems Administrator / Web Media Director can at His/Her discretion select volunteers, as well as create systems to ensure the overall success of the event and committee members.

The role and responsibilities of the event decorator includes, but is not limited to selecting an appropriate theme for the event in question. Coordinating the selection, and accumulation of items needed in order to present a safe and comfortable environment for event guests. The Event Decorator can at His/Her discretion select volunteers, as well as create systems to ensure the overall success of the event.

The role and responsibilities of the Program Facilitator includes, but is not limited to helping organize and implementing programs.
(Family liaison) is responsible for managing the communication between elders and the youth bridging the communication gap. Responsible for bringing their concerns and or suggestions to the committee.
